Blue Rhapsody venue for German talent show
From tonight , 5 January 2021, RTL Germany will start broadcasting DSDS, Germany's biggest talent show. The auditions of the television programme, which is still very popular in Germany, were recorded on board the Blue Rhapsody last summer.
In June, the Constant in Motion team was approached by the producer of Deutschland sucht den Superstar (DSDS). They were looking for a spectacular location where Corona-proof auditions of DSDS could be recorded. It resulted in a beautiful collaboration, where flagship Blue Rhapsody was used as the backdrop for this production.
In September, the Blue Rhapsody could therefore be found on the Rhine between Frankfurt and Düsseldorf for 3 weeks. New German talent was allowed to perform her skills on the ship for the Jury, which, led by Modern Talking frontman Dieter Bohle, was looking for the new Superstar. The ever-changing landscape along the Rhine and the eye-catching ship made for beautiful images.
With a production crew of as many as 125 people, various VIPs and, of course, a motley parade of audiences, the Constant in Beweging team ensured a safe environment, a punctual sailing schedule and found the most beautiful spots along the Rhine for the spectacular filming.
